My name is Clay Lancon.I have been training clients on and off for around 6 years. I have certifications in Personal training, body building, nutrition and corrective exercise. I specialize in helping people to correct their movement patterns in order to use proper form in training as well as to overcome pain in daily life. I realize that not all people are built the same or have the same challenges to training is very personalized for each particular client.
